At Roomytown, we appreciate how important it is to have your order delivered to you nice and quickly, and as such, we will process it with the greatest level of care and expediency.

For our US customers, all orders are shipped domestically within the United States, giving you peace of mind that your parcel will arrive safely without the delays often associated with international shipping.

Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times are detailed below. After entering your shipping destination at checkout, you will be given the choice between Standard Shipping or Express Shipping. 

Standard Shipping

• USA: 7-10 business days

Express Shipping

• USA: 3-7 business days

International Shipping

We ship to the UK and USA. We hope to be able to ship to more countries very soon. All orders will be automatically routed to the best-suited print facility closest to the delivery destination, so not only will you receive your art prints faster, but it also reduces our carbon footprint. Make sure you are subscribed to receive our emails so we can notify you as soon as we launch in new countries. 

Shipping Costs 

We offer free shipping on all orders above $75.
Shipping costs on orders below $75 have a flat rate of $9.95.

 

Shipping Providers

We use local postal services and couriers for all deliveries. Please contact us via our contact form if you need to know which shipping provider we use in your area.

 

PO boxes, APO or BFPO

Unfortunately we are currently unable to deliver to PO boxes, military bases, BFPO (British Forces Post Office) or APO (Army Post Office). In such cases, we ask you to please provide another residential shipping address.

 

Packaging of Art Prints and Frames

You can rest assured that all our art prints are robustly packaged to ensure they arrive to you in the best possible condition. 

Our unframed fine art prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and then shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes unless they are A4 or smaller (in which case they are sometimes shipped in thick cardboard envelopes).

All framed art prints are wrapped in a protective sleeve with individual padded guards added to each corner for extra protection. Additional cardboard is secured over the print surface to minimise the risk of breakages or transit damage. Each print is then shipped in a heavy duty cardboard box.
